I was made to feel very welcome by Laurent and would consider a return to this property. My only reservation was the 91 stairs that needed to be negociated, but the internet description alerts you to this fact and it is a good way to burn off calories. The flat is in an ideal location and hearing the bells of Notre Dame was an absolute joy for me.

- The apartment enjoys a superb position on the Left Bank opposite Notre Dame and is very conveniently located for accessing all the major attractions of the city, most being within walking distance. The accommodation is most comfortable and the natural wood and stone finish is very attractive. Our host, Monsieur Labau, was most welcoming and attentive. We were all very impressed with the amenities of this flat in Paris, its location, and most importantly the welcoming and assistance we received from Laurent. Though we all fell in love with the apartment the week we were in Paris, it might be difficult for 2 couples to stay in the apartment. For a couple alone or a family of four it is absolutely perfect. - Family of four, comfortable and spacious, the loft bedroom is tight if the kids are older, but our son and daughter (15) and (11) managed just fine. The apartment is a joy to live in, Laurent is the best host ever, and the paris vacation rentals apartment is fantastic. - We absolutely loved the St. Michel, Notre Dame View Apartment. Initially we were scared off by the 91 steps and we tried to get an apartment with another agency, that apartment fell through at the last minute, so we had to scramble. Yukie, and Laurent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. The paris short term apartment is lovely, very nicely finished, and the location is perfect. We spent Thanksgiving and enjoyed viewing the lit Christmas tree in front of Notre Dame. There are two Metro stops within half a block, markets, shopping and dining in the neighborhood. - The paris apartment rentals was better than it appeared on the web site. The living area, the kitchen (well equiped) and the loft (2nd) bedroom were larger than we expected. The quality of furnishing is outstanding. The location also exceeded expectation with a bonus that the St Michel metro station had RER links direct to Eurostar's station and also to Versailles. The location is great, with views of Notre Dame,and it is easy to get to all Paris' key areas by Metro or bus. Easy walk to great cafes/restaurants. Two couples fitted comfortably and hardly noticed the 92 steps - well worth it for views. The My Genie in Paris service should also be used - it was excellent. By Ian K. from Australia
