A spacious and sunny Paris two-bedroom apartment. This is a two-story located in the heart of the historic Marais area. Situated on the 4th and 5th floor (no lift) of an 18th century building which housed Town Hall services during the French Revolution (1790’s). The walk-up staircase that leads to the flat is listed. There are magnificent ancient wooden beams on the ceiling and the property is flooded with natural light from the five South facing windows. Spreading over 1000sq ft (90 m2 to be precise), the accommodation comprises toilet/shower room, bathroom, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with chimney, bar and massive stone sculptures on the first level. An internal staircase leads to the second level were you’ll find the (very large) Master bedroom equipped with super-kingsize bed, desk, en-suite shower room and separate toilets. The property is excellently positioned close to amenities and transport. There are 4 metro stations within walking distance, the closest being Arts et Metiers (2 mns away). 2 metro stops, or a five minute taxi ride will take you to the fast RER train which gets you to the airports. The gourmet stores, cafés and boutiques of the rue de Bretagne with its local Market (the Enfants Rouges which was created in 1615) are just moments away. Fashionistas can head for the upmarket shops of the rue des Francs-bourgeois whilst art-lovers wonder at the Centre Pompidou’s architecture and its amazing collections of modern
art. Head towards the river and you’ll reach Notre-Dame Cathedral, the epicenter of
Paris, in less than 15 mns by foot: whatever you choose to do in Paris, you’ll be
