We love this central position in Paris, facing Paristay's agency, that allows to go everywhere in town easily (by walking or by using very convenient transportation links as metro ligne n°1 or bus line n°72) the lovely and lively village athmosphere of this charming district : monuments, museum, historic streets, various shops (5mn walking from the famous Rue Mopntorgueil), trendy bars and restaurant.... Simply perfect to enjoy Paris as a parisian! The flat is on the 5th floor with lift of a beautiful 50's building, on a quiet courtyard. It offers everything needed : spacious and bright living room with a conmfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen, dining area, cosy and sunny bedroom offering a direct access on the bathroom (Bath tube and WC). The apartement welcomes 4 people.Please note: there is n charge of 30 euros for any early arrival or departure (before 7am), late arrival or departure (after 8pm), and check-in/out during the bank holidays: Dec.24, 25, 31, Jan.1st, May 1st.
PLEASE NOTE/ From 19 june to 31 July 2017, there will have a work of elevator, so there's no elevator working for these dates. The rent will be less 100E for a weekly rental and less 300E for monthly rent, pls ask us.
