- I loved the location in Ile Saint Louis. Being completely central was the best feature. The view of the Seine was spectacular. It is the 4th floor with approx 65 steps up a winding staircase. I would take this apartment again without hesitation even with the long walk up. This was my first time using a rental agency and I was very pleased with the help extended especially because I do not speak French. I appreciated the assistance in all aspects.
