- I loved the apartment Paris short term. The second bedroom is quite small with little closet space. Window looks out onto grate and another building - view of courtyard is barely visible. Kitchen and bathroom are up to date and easy to use. Lighting at night too dim to read by in living room. Master bedroom is light and sunny. Owner was very accommodating and easy to correspond with. - We stayed at this apartment in April 2011. The apartment is on the first floor so there is a flight of steps to climb. Security is good, location is excellent; the apartment is located very close to the Louvre, Metro stations, Notre Dame, and numerous small cafes. The kitchen/lounge room area is good. The kitchen is well appointed with all the utensils you generally need. It also has a dishwasher. The two bedrooms have ample room and this family of four had no issues with floor space – we were able to spread out to our hearts content. The bathroom includes a washing machine which we put to good use and is of reasonable size. (Note: we are Australian, so our expectation of what constitutes a good sized room is about half way between an American and a Brit.). The Paris apartment for rent was nice and clean when we arrived and Alexandre was very helpful and made us feel at home immediately. We definitely would return to this apartment again.
