- Apt very clean and well-maintained in a building that could be called a little shabby but which is offset by the great location! Bedrooms face street noisy if you have windows open. Excellent landlord,- had gifts for us when we arrived , got our deposit back the night before we left. Stairs were easy to climb even for our old bones. - We were warmly welcomed by Leila, the lovely landlady and that was just the beginning of a wonderful stay at 176 Rue du Grenelle. The vacation apartment was clean and bright and exactly as depicted on the website. The neighborhood was great with lots of fresh food available close by as well as cafes and restaurants in Rue du Grenelle and Rue Cler just around the corner. - Four of us stayed in this very nice short term apartment located in a great neighborhood. There are many shops nearby. The landlord, Leila warmly greeted us after a long trip from the States and was very gracious pointing out local things to see and do. She also cheerfully assisted when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment one day! Furnishings are in great shape and the apartment is stocked with everything you need to enjoy Paris! - The apartment was in a beautiful neighborhood that looked exactly like a Parisiene cliche. Whilst the building was old this only added to the charm. The paris vacation rentals itself was roomier than we expected and had all we needed for our stay.
