First room consists of entrée, open kitchen and bathroom and has a window facing street. Kitchen fully equipped with all usual appliances. Second room is living room-bedroom. It has a comfortable, easy-to-open sofabed, desk, closet, hi-fi with radio tuner and CD player, flat-screen TV and DVD player and cupboards for clothes/books. Window faces courtyard.
Close to the St Philippe du Roule and Franklin Roosevelt metro stations, it is walking distance to the Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Opera, Avenue Montaigne (haute couture). It is a lovely walk or a short direct metro ride to the Louvre, Tuilerie Gardens, Les Invalides, US Embassy, a bit longer to Eiffel Tower. The area is called the Golden Triangle, and it is one of the top 3 neighbourhoods in Paris, chic and pleasant with the added advantage of being central. Across the street from flat is the famous luxury food shop Dalloyau.
