- This apt. is delightful. Since this was also a business trip, it was essential that the wifi worked perfectly. It not only worked but there also was a work table (and in a studio apt. that can be hard to find). The neighbourhood had all the services we needed (boulangerie, food store, restaurants, metro). The paris apartment was exceptionally quiet (no street noise, no noise from the clubs). Lastly, the owner is a friendly and accommodating person. - The owner of the apartment was outstanding to rent from and was friendly, helpful & responsive. Additionally the owner is an America expat so there were no frustrating language barriers to deal with while renting the apartment. We rented this paris vacation apartment for the Paris Marathon and found the location to be perfectly situated to walk to the start line and return from the finish line. The unit is small but perfect for a couple that is visiting Paris and plans to spend most of their time out and about.
