- Very convenient location. You can walk to Opera, Louvre, Vendome, the Seine etc. Many tourist agencies are within a 2-3 min walking distance and easy to go for excursions as well. French and asian super markets are nearby and you can buy a freshly baked baguett or croissant at cafe or boulangerie like Paul. Friendly owner welcomes you to Paris. - Location,location,location !!! The Paris holiday apartment showed better in person than from pictures or maps.We really enjoyed the central location and the handiness of shops and restaurants.The apartment although smal was stalked with every imaginable item you could need for a stay. Although we did not mind the noise of children from the above apartment as it it made it feel more like we were part of being in a neighbourhood,someone seeking solitude may not like it.At night,we would have enjoyed being able to have the blinds down and the window open slightly but this was not possible.It was very clean and tidy. - You cannot beat the location of this Paris Palais Royal apartment. Everything was in extremely close proximity - two minutes to Louvre, 7 minutes to La concorde. For two people this apartment is excellent but for 4 people it was a little cramped but to be this close to everything it was worth the inconvenience. - Best location, this paris one bedroom apartment was very convienently located - Opera, Vandome, Louvre was within 10 minutes walking distance. Direct bus to Montmatre, St. Germaine, etc. Metro to everywhere. Neighborhodd was full of ethnic restaurants, bakery, cafes, etc. Really enjoyable location. Perfect for a couple but very tight for three. Didn't see the owner but the manager was very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport is available from the Louvre Hotel next door.
