- We arrived at the apartment later than we expected yet still the owner was there waiting and greeted us in a very friendly manner. The apartment itself is very cozy and slept three of us quite well, though it would be better suited for two. The neighborhood is definitely one of my favorites in Paris and the location of the Paris short term rental apartment is extremely well situated. Very close to anything you may need. Though the neighborhood is quite active, we had no issues with noise from outside or inside of the building. - Our stay in Le Marais was superb. Philippe our landlord was fantastic. He was easy to correspond with via email, friendly and helpful. The Paris apartment rental was clean, comfortable and modern. The fold out bed was a little uncomfortable, however everything else about the apartment made it worthwhile. We would definitely rent this apartment again on our return to Paris. - I loved staying in this paris vacation rental. Travelling alone, I felt very secure & safe & everything I needed was within 5 min walking distance. The owner explained everything & was very helpful with information about the local area also. While small, the apartment was very cosy, light & the fold-out bed comfortable.
