Beautiful, typically Parisian 1br duplex apartment located in the very heart of the city. The apartment is on the Place des Innocents and has a balcony with a magnificent unblocked view of the entire neighborhood and the beautiful Saint Eustache Cathedral. Ideal long term Paris renting. The entire neighborhood of Les Halles is pedestrian, this means no traffic, no noise, no car fumes! The main room is spacious. It is tastefully decorated with a large convertible sofa that sleeps two, a large flatscreen TV (free cable & internet), equipped kitchen, and an expandable table. The double doors lead to the balcony overlooking the Place des Innocents with an amazing view of St. Eustache church. From the main living area a set of stairs lead up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is bright and cozy (it has two large windows facing east), with a double bed, a large wallmirror and two dressers for plenty of storage space. It is also equipped with a heating/cooling airconditioning unit to insure comfort on cold wintry days or hot summer ones! Please note: Not apropriate if stairs are an issue. The main entry staircase needs refreshing.
