- The son of the owner, who speaks English, welcomed me punctually at the arranged time, and was informative and always very helpful and pleasant. The apartment is well laid out, secure and surprisingly spacious. The contents were comprehensive and tasteful. One has a choice of Metro stations nearby. A level of fitness is required for the steps, as in most Paris apartments, which I did not find to be a problem. The location is excellent for shops, restaurants and places of interest. I walked regularly to the Luxembourg Gardens. Any query I had was handled promptly and always courteously.
