In a 100m distance you enter the astonishing Montsouris park, a real green treasure in the city, enjoy footing, walking, lying in the sun or picknicking. The flat has been totally renovated and tastefully decorated by the owner. It is fully equipped and offers everything necessary for an enjoyable stay in Paris. You will be welcomed by the owner herself who lives on the ground floor and will provide you with all nessecary instructions of use and neighbourhood.
