The local area is great in that it is a typical attractive but unfussy area of Paris within easy reach of areas of interest and with pleanty of useful shops within the locale. - We’ve just loved the apartment, the condition is exactly as shown on pictures, the landlord was very friendly, useful, and co-operative. She gave us lots of useful info, and answered all our questions. Location is great, 5 min to all major sightseeing, 3 min from Luxemburg garden, great grocery store around the corner. Plus lots of small grocery stores that are opened late. Perfect for a couple. Very clean, condition is great. - We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The Paris short term rental apartment was in a great location, right near La Bon Marche and several metro stations, in a quieter part of St Germain. - Excellent studio. I stayed with my husband and our 3,5 years old boy during a Christmas for 5 nights. Owner is very pleasent person who did help us with all useful information regarding apartment and a Paris in general. Location is great with easy access to metro and tourist attractions. Grocery shop is around the corner and excellent supermarket is on 10 minutes walking. Around the corner is also food market on Fridays. Also, there are few lovely patteseries. On step walk to amazing St Germain Des Pres. Location could not be better.
