Owner is very nice and accommodating, good communication in English. Loft bedroom facing street was a little noisy from traffic , but Paris apartment second bedroom  facing courtyard was very quiet. - The only downsides to this apartment to rent in Paris were beds are small and the bathrooms looked larger than they actually were. - My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 10 days, 6 of them with our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. The welcome we received from Marion was warm and generous. The paris vacation rentals is in a wonderful part of Paris with everything you could possibly need within a short walking distance. As it was hot when we stayed we had to have the windows open and it was very noisy but to be able to look out the window and see all the action below made up for this.
