The Ile St Louis is a stylish and elegant location where celebrities and old french families have their residences. This ideal Paris vacation apartment is also a lively location with many restaurants, bistros, cheese and grocery stores. The location has a double East West exposure, inside 2 private courtyards to provide quietness and privacy - far from the noisy streets of Paris. The apartment is situated on the third floor of an old building from the 17th century, which has an ELEVATOR (very rare on the Island!). The spacious living room has a good sofa and a large library. Small TV and broadband Internet connection are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas rings, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and a washing machine. Sufficient dishes and glasses are provided for a family of 4. The comfortable bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Bathroom with a bath and shower. Telephone is provided for receiving and making local phone calls (numbers starting with 01) except mobile phones (numbers starting with 06 or 07) and non-toll free numbers (starting with 08). No smoking, no pets please.
