- We loved staying at Place des vosges 10. It was in a beautiful section of Paris, and a pin drop quiet environment. Our apartment looked out onto a beautiful garden. My son, his girlfriend and I stayed and had plenty of room for the time we were in the apartment. If you rent a flat in Paris, you would love your stay even more if you stayed in this apartment. - The area is excellent to walk to art galleries, museums (Picasso and Pompidou Centre), and other tourist attractions. There are excellent restaurants, from $ to $$$$$, very close by, and there is a Monoprix supermarket just outside Place des Vosges. Bus 69, which will take you to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Dome Church, and the Eiffel Tower stops in front of the supermarket, and the apartment complex has a back door that makes the Metro Bastille (which also has a taxi terminal) very accessible. The landlord was very kind, helpful and professional - and lives in the same building which is a great advantage. Having free phone calls to the United States and many other countries was a great plus. The apartment is small but very convenient for a couple with up to two other guests to stay for Paris short term rentals. It was very clean and incredibly organized, with everything that you might need. The kitchen was well furnished and the bathroom warm and comfortable. And if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is it, as the apartment has windows towards an interior courtyard with a garden. - What a perfect place from which to enjoy all that Paris has to offer! There were 3 in our party for a 10 day stay. We were very comfortable, prepared some meals in the well stocked kitchen. The Landlord of this Paris holiday apartment was very hospitable and helpful. It was also great to have a washer/dryer on site and international long distance available. - This Paris apartment is delightful - compact as are most in Paris but organised so efficiently and thoughtfully that you can make the most of the space - lots of strategically placed power points - even a space to store baguettes! It reminded me of being on a ship - but with plenty of headroom. The location is excellent - close to Bastille and St Paul metro stations as well as several bus routes. Shopping is very convenient - a Monoprix and several good patisseries in the next street and the wonderful market on Bvd Richard Lenoir twice a week. Being able to step out the main door and sit in Place Des Vosges was a great priviledge. The owners really look after the needs of their tenants - we felt we were living in a home away from home.
