I have NO major complaints.Our stay was wonderful, the paris vacation apartment was lovely, clean, nicely appointed. Location excellent, close to 3 Metro stops, and very close to a lovely open air market, bakeries, etc. If you can, rent an apartment, don't stay in a hotel. Freedom to make a picnic lunch, have lots of good food available for the family, a far greater sense of independence, just way better. I can't quote the cost of a two bedroom two bath hotel room, but it is way more than what we spent (1700 Euro) for 8 days. I would stay again, and again...

All of my interactions with Paristay were excellent. I have already recommended this agency to others and will continue to do so. I stayed in "Place Bastille" for four months. It was the perfect location for me and I felt very safe in this paris vacation apartment. It does get noisy at night, but I got used to that and it didn't bother me. I would definitely stay here again.

Paris apartment is as per described. Very good location (about 1.5km from Notre Dame) which is close to metro and bus transportation, bike and car rental facilities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Owner and caretaker very accommodating, especially on early check in and check out time. All the required process went very smoothly. A pleasant stay indeed for our family in Paris.

The apartment is really good, fully equipped and with style; the landlord was extremely friendly and helpful making our stay joyful and giving us the feeling of being at our own home. The location, well, you can’t ask for better!!! with a great view of the La Cite and Notre Dame, and only a breath away from the vivid Place de la St Michel. We will certainly stay at the same apartment next time we visit Paris and strongly recommend it to others.

This lovely, small apartment is ideal for two people. I have stayed there for more than 4 months. The location in the heart of Paris is amazing! You'll have an opportunity to enjoy all the aspects of Parisian life. The fact that almost all the stuff in the paris apartment rentals in brand-new is a huge advantage, as it definitely makes your stay a pleasure. I strongly reccommend 25, Rue Tronchet!

I lived in this paris apartment Ile Saint Louis for five months, and I absolutely loved the apartment, the neighborhood, and the property owners were very warm and kind people, as well! I truly recommend this place to everyone!

Great studio in paris for 1 to 2 persons, very cosy, clean and comfortable. I stayed for a month and I would definitely stay there again. I didn't have any problems with apartment, neighbours or neigbourhood.

A very quiet paris short term apartment with a sunny view out over a garden nursery. Good location across the road from Jardin des Plantes and near several metro and bus lines.

We spent 3 months in our Paris accommodation. We had our 15 month toddler with us and there was plenty of room for him to run about. You had to take a deep breath to climb the 3 flights of stairs with a stroller and a baby but it was worth it for the location and the apartment. Paris Stay were ethical and professional. We'd highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed for nine days, very happy and comfortable. Although outside temperature was very low, heating provided a comfortable ambient. Everything in the apartment works properly. Location was supper, with a Metro station a block away. There were very good supermarkets as well as several restaurants in the neighborhood. Location was very nice and safe. The reception given by Frederic was excellent. He was waiting for us on time the door. The end of our stay, he arrived on time and after checked the apartment he returned our deposit immediately. In summary, we will consider this apartment for a future stay in Paris. BL and family

I loved staying in this paris vacation rental. Travelling alone, I felt very secure & safe & everything I needed was within 5 min walking distance. The owner explained everything & was very helpful with information about the local area also. While small, the apartment was very cosy, light & the fold-out bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again - for both the apartment & the area. Paristay agency also got back to me quickly & answered all my questions. Merci beau coup!!

We've stayed at this apartment for 15 days and had a wonderful time. Not a single complaint. The place is clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped, warm, and its location is wonderful, as it's just across the street from a metro station.

The owners were very kind to us, they tried to help us in all the ways that they could. You won't miss anything in the appartment because it has all you need to live or enjoy your vacances. If you need to buy something there are all kind of stores near the appartment, it's also very close to the metro station. Very comfortable.You Won't regret to choose this paris vacation rental.

We loved our stay at our lovely little paris vacation apartment Dupuis. The Marais area is perfect, and we felt part of the french lifestyle, with beautiful shops, amazing restaurants, markets and museums within walking distance. The apartment's close proximity to the metro station made it easy to transfer from our trip from London on the Eurostar - we simply walked up the road! The apartment was bright and quiet and the owner, Donatienne was a gracious host.

We LOVED the apartment. It has character and charm, and the location is the best. The flat in paris is in an ancient building and as such, has a couple of quirks like not being able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower because of the low ceiling. But in truth, this added to the charm. Had to replace a number of light bulbs during our stay. The Paris representative was very helpful and friendly.

The paris apartment rentals was better than it appeared on the web site. The living area, the kitchen (well equiped) and the loft (2nd) bedroom were larger than we expected. The quality of furnishing is outstanding. The location also exceeded expectation with a bonus that the St Michel metro station had RER links direct to Eurostar's station and also to Versailles. The location is great, with views of Notre Dame,and it is easy to get to all Paris' key areas by Metro or bus. Easy walk to great cafes/restaurants. Two couples fitted comfortably and hardly noticed the 92 steps - well worth it for views. The My Genie in Paris service should also be used - it was excellent.

This apartment in paris is very comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. The owner was very accommodating and made the transaction very easy. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone.

This is the secon time I havetsyed in this apartment. This time for 5 weeks. The apartment is a greet size and the location could not be better!!! The manager and owner are very accommodating. There was some unfortunate construction underneath the apartment both times but the work is finished now. The open living/dining/area is quite spacious and very comfortable. My only comment would be the mattresses which have seen better days. But do not hesitate to rent here - I will definitely return !

A perfect paris apartment for students. The owners are very nice. Its very small, but its in an amazing area. City centre, very ease to go to any place. The metro station is very close. There is every thing you… form supermarkets, to very nice priced restaurants.. Basically, if I ever decide to go to paris again I would stay in it.

Best location, this paris one bedroom apartment was very convienently located - Opera, Vandome, Louvre was within 10 minutes walking distance. Direct bus to Montmatre, St. Germaine, etc. Metro to everywhere. Neighborhodd was full of ethnic restaurants, bakery, cafes, etc. Really enjoyable location. Perfect for a couple but very tight for three. Didn't see the owner but the manager was very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport is available from the Louvre Hotel next door. Highly recommend, good value.

Very clean, nice and very beautiful decoration.Located in the renowned neighbourhood known as "the golden triangle". Luc the owner gave us a wonderfull wellcome and also help us in the departure with our large luggage and finding the appropriate taxi. Everything was excellent.
