I loved this apartment... Great location, good neighbourhood, handy for the Metro. There were a few "little things" missing, but they didn't detract from my enjoyment - I would be happy to have it as a permanent base in Paris. Whilst the space is small, it is ideal for two people for a short to medium stay. I'd definitely stay again... Also, the agency was great to deal with. Have already recommended them to various people.

I enjoyed not only this week stay at Popincourt, but a stay earlier in the year of 5 months. The property is in a fantastic location, close to bars, restaurants, shops and the metro. The area is lively and fun, and well connected to the rest of Paris. The flat is well equipped and comfortable, and the decor modern and welcoming. I would recommend this flat to anyone. (Sarah G. You can't beat this location. It is a little tight for 4 people, unless 2 are children probably under the age of 10. The loft is only about 4 feet tall, and not suitable for an adolescent or adult. Otherwise, this place is very cute. I would highly recommend it!

I must say I'm lucky to find this apartment in Paris. Being a single lady living in Paris, I trust location is the key. The apt is located in a convenient and safe neighbourhood. I also have become friends with my land lady. She's the nicest ever. Last but not at least, I must praise Camille, my agent, for her hard work, dedication, punctual and friendly attitude. Even though she's working for the company, she always makes me feel she's doing the best on my behalf. I think it's very important that servicing weights a great deal in today's business, disregard the sector. It's been an excellent job she has done. Thank you!(C. Wong. Paris France)

The apartment and location was excellent! We were just unlucky to have the apartment below us being renovated from early until late....something to watch for in this type of dwellling. Next time I definitely choose an apartment with world cable TV.
