WE had a wonderful stay in Paris and this was partly due to our accomodation and the location of the apartment. Frederick was very welcoming and professional in his dealings with us; his knowledge of the area and attempt to make our stay comfortable was greatly appreciated. The fact that there was no lift might put some off, but we managed and being on the top floor meant there was no through traffic past our vacation apartment. Merci beaucoup!

I was very impressed with the location of the apartment as it was very central to all tourist areas,metro and eateries of all description. My only comment would be that being on the fourth floor it is quite a trial to get luggage to the Paris holiday apartment but it definitely keeps you fit after you have moved in.

Frederick was wonderful, kind and was available to meet as he stated he would be in his emails. The apartment is open airy and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt like a true "Parisian" going to the market and eating in the local cafes. I would/ and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family for renting an apartment in Paris.

The apartment location, in the 6e arrondissement (St Germain) cannot be beat. From a quiet and private location, a 30 second walk takes you to the main street with tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. The carrefour grocery shop was a huge plus as well. The only annoyance was the lack of elevator. The bathroom was a little crowded if more than one person used it. Otherwise fantastic short term rent in Paris! and even better location.

We enjoyed the location very much, and were able to walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, Museums and many cafes. The climb up the stairs could be a challenge to some. The bedroom window opens to a courtyard, so it was possible to leave the window open at night. There were three of us- this apartment is better for just a couple.

The service from Paristay was great. The apartment in Paris was exactly what we wanted, and we'll be using Paristay again, and I will recommend it my friends and colleagues. As you could imagine, it was a little daunting booking our accommodation from Australia, and hoping that the service would suit us - but we were not disappointed, and we loved our stay, so thank you for a brilliant few weeks in Paris.
