I spent 16 months living in this long term rental Paris while on a business assignment in Paris. It was truly a fantastic home. The neighborhood is excellent- extremely central, safe, full of shops and restaurants- just perfect. The apartment itself is lovely too- small, but perfect for one person or perhaps a couple on vacation. The decor is charming and I received so many compliments (not that I could take credit for them...) Enjoy!

Paris itself makes one want to return to it, but this flat was so special it certainly adds incentive. It's centrality to everything (you can walk almost everywhere), the amazing rue montergueil with its vast selection of fresh produce, patisseries,cafés, and bars (2 minutes away). Surrounded by such liveliness, it's also wonderful to have the option to return home to your tranquil Parisian flat. I highly recommend this flat! it becomes part of your Paris.
