Very comfortable and spacious for a studio apartment. We appreciated the comfortable bed, the big windows with plants outside them, and the dining table and chairs that made our meals very enjoyable. Jean-Philippe, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful.

We very much enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood. We walked to many of the Paris sights and the Metro was close by for longer trips. We cannot say enough about the neighborhood. There were many shops for groceries to eat in or to picnic out, plus many fine cafes close by. The owner was very accommodating meeting us on our arrival and answering our questions promptly when we emailed him. The paris short term apartment rental was just as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Excellent paris apartment in a nearly perfect location! Could not recommend more! However, we should have taken into account, having a one year old child with us, that he would try and get into EVERYTHING!!! We spent a good amount of our first day in the apartment barricading everything (lots of CDs and books within easy reach, etc.). Its a wonderful apartment, but probably not the best choice if you are traveling with a small child in tow :-)

The owner, Jean-Phillippe, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of advice. The Paris flat was clean and comfortable and it was very lovely to have an outside deck with plants. The studio was very well located and very close to many major attractions, shops and the metro. We didn't want to leave.

Jean Philippe could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We LOVED the Paris holiday apartment and the area. Paris was a highlight for our trip and we will tell our friends all about it.

The owner was very gracious and attentive. The Paris vacation apartment is charming, of an ample size and has lots of windows so it is cheery. It in an interesting 17th century, secure building two blocks from the Bastille Metro station. It is also two blocks from the Seine and an easy walk to many of the key attraction in Paris. We definitely would re-rent the apt and recommend it to friends.

The Paris vacation appartment was a delight as was the owner who could not do enough to make sure our stay was spectacular. Located in the centre of the Bastille area the appartment is set back and away from the street so there is virtually no noise and very secure yet in the middle of everything. We would be happy to reccomend the property to anyone.

The apartment was wonderful. We could not have hoped for more - and the location of this Paris accommodation was superb. We definitely want to return. Jean-Philippe was a charming and helpful owner and we had a wonderful holiday in our tastefully decorated Parisian apartment.

This Paris apartment was perfect for us, great location close to transport and shops, very quiet too. This was everyday Paris to us, just what we wanted. Paristay organisation was very good.

The owner was welcoming and so nice. There is not only wireless but also cable modem phone, so you can call the US unlimited. The kitchen had all amenities for cooking. Most importantly, the apartment in Paris-Le Marais is less than a one minute walk from the metro, and once you step out of the building, you are already in a wonderful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was just what we expected and we got over and above what was expected from the owner. Our flight had been delayed and even at late notice he arranged for a friend to meet us when he couldn't be there.
