Charming two bedroom apartment in Paris located in the heart of the Latin Quarter area. at a 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, the lively rue Mouffetard, and 10 minutes away from the Luxembourg Garden and St Germain des prés. Great open food market 3 days a week just around the corner on Place Maubert. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. Living room has a kitchen area that contains a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, cooker hobs, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Living room has a sofa bed, coffee table, and flat screen Cable TV. The two bedrooms overlook a quiet and private inner courtyard. They both have a cupboard and decorative fireplace with a mirror. The first bedroom has two single beds, and second bedroom has a comfortable double-bed (140x190). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living-room for a guest staying overnight. Bathroom contains a shower with massage jets, and a clothes washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided as well as an iron, hair dryer and fan. Absolutely perfect to suit a family of 4 for a lovely Paris long stay rental
