This newly refurnished and equipped penthouse is at the 8th and last story of a modern building. It has a modern design: white, glass and dark wood floor. It has two bedrooms ( one with sofa bed ), one large living room ( including another extra occasional sofa bed ) and two big terraces. One has a beautiful view on Montmartre and the Eiffel tower. It has been all renewed , entirely redecorated and furnished which it is ideal for a long term rentals in Paris. It has a lot of windows( both sides of the penthouse, giving on the terraces) and it is a very open lay out. The equipment is new: beds, all equipped kitchen, linen and towels, 2 tv, barbecue, etc etc. It is situated at the metro Guy Moquet, a very lively popular part of Paris. Every thing is at hand : French cafes with terrace, plenty of bakers, butchers, fresh fruit and vegetables, supermarkets, flowers... It is only a quarter of an hour walk to Montmartre. Have a nice stay.
