The apartment was great, the check-in was easy to understand. Location was perfect, we walked almost everywhere from there and we had good restaurants and markets around it. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Even though there is no air conditioner we open the big windows and had a nice breeze at night. Definitely great value!!

I loved every corner of this apartment. It's so beautiful inside and totally accommodated our group of 6! Not only is the actual apartment even better than the pictures, the location is great! Right by great restaurants, amazing shopping, and near tourist attractions. Thank you André! Will definitely be back!

Well equipped and great central location. We were able to enjoy the Louvre and museums with a short walk. Great shopping district at Galeries Lafayette were only a few blocks away. Excellent choices of top quality restaurants - Verjus, Ellsworth, and Kunitoraya Udon only steps away. Apartments is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Nice quiet street in the heart of Japantown. We would definitely stay here again!

Frederic and his team were great with answering emails and the apartment itself was in good condition with all updated appliances. The location is great and the walking tour provided in the welcome packet was an excellent introduction to the area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. We had an excellent time in Paris and would recommend this apartment to our friends.

We loved our stay in this 2 bed 2bath apt, it was beautiful, just like in the picture. It was central to everything that we wanted to see in Paris. Walking distance to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, La Lafayette shopping center and other famous landmarks in Paris. Close to shops and restaurants make it convenient to get groceries and food. Frederic was very helpful and kind, we appreciate all of his help.

This apartment has everything you need for a short break in Paris, great facilities and location. We were able to walk to all the main attractions except the Eiffel Tower which was a bit further away.

Loved the apartment which is just a 15 minute walk to The Louvre. Monop grocery store two blocks away. Close to Bourse Metro and the Post Office. Many, many good restaurants nearby!

This is a one bedroom apartment. It was perfect for us and our 2 granddaughters. There is an elevator.
It has a stove, refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. Nice neighborhood.

The location was superb. The apartment, magnificent. Everything was as pictured, and perfect for 11 nights in Paris. The street has beautiful bistro, restaurant and boulanger. Supermarkets are close by. It is a short waLk to everywhere and close to the ReR station at les Halles (5 minute walk) for direct link to Charles de Gaulle airport

It was our first time in an apartment in Paris. The space is great, bigger that any hotel room that we have stayed in past trips. The bed was so comfy, the location was excellent, close to everything. There is a bakery in the same street with delicious treats, there are mini-markets, different restaurants and some souvenirs shopping around the property. There was no outside noise, so we did have a good sleep. All the appliances work perfectly, there are some cookware, coffee maker, plates, cups, spices, dish detergent and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is a sofa bed outside of the main room, so you can have some privacy from the main room. Decorations are very nice with a very Parisian ambience.

I spent quite a lot of time researching where to stay in Paris to be able to walk to key sites as well as a place with suitable set up for our family of four (kids ages 11 & 16). I couldn't have been happier with our choice! The location & size of the apartment and the amenities were perfect. It was an easy 10 mins walk directly to the Louvre. I will definitely be recommending this to those I know if they are travelling to Paris!

We stayed at the Richelieu ChicSuites apartment and it was just perfect in every way. The beds were comfortable, there was 4 adults and 2 children and space was great. It's a first floor apartment - with a lift but we never used it. The building is around Little Tokyo with some lovely Japanese eateries nearby as well as a Monoprix and Carrefour just around the corner for any shopping. Suggest Higuma across the street (always queues outside) and Hello Sushi next door for food which can also have as takeaway. Around the corner is the Avenue de l'Opera which links Opera area to the Louvre, and situated close to Pyramides metro station. The apartment has wifi and whilst I never met with the hosts, they were always contactable. It's a safe secure area and had no concerns about walking around late at night. There's a fully furnished kitchen in the apartment with cutlery, plates and a coffee machine. Having 2 shower rooms also handy! I would thoroughly recommend a stay here for the amazing location, modern furnished apartment and great hosts! Thank you again!

Второй раз останавливаясь в этой квартире (январь 2015, январь 2017). Чудесное место. Центр. Лувр, сад Тюильри и Оранжери через дорогу, Опера в одну сторону, собор в другую в пределах получаса легким шагом. Метро, продовольственный магазин и много разных ресторанов! Окна выходят во двор. С одной стороны- тишина, с другой- надо вечером зашторивать окна. Но это по вашему желанию. Подъезд чистый. 4 этаж плюс пролет до первого этажа. Есть маленький лифт- на 1 человека с чемоданом. Квартира состоит из 2 комнат : спальня с большой двухспальной кроватью, зал с диваном, который раскладывается вперед и получается кровать для 2 человек, прихожая-кухня-столовая соединены между собой в общее пространство, но зонированы. Все очень уютно. В зале и спальне стены на против окон -шкафы с зеркальными дверями. В них куча полок. В этот раз было мало вешалок (2 в одном шкафу и 3 в другом). Видимо сломали или утащили. Там же лежат запасные принадлежности туалетные и постельные. На кухне варочная панель на 2 конфорки, посудомойки, микроволновка, чайник и кофе машина с запасом кофе. Из посуды 1 сковородка, 1 кострюля и 2 ковшика . Тарелки 3 вида по 4 шт. Чашки, бокалы, рюмки. Салатник и 4 пиалки. Таблетки для посудомойки и средство для мытья посуды есть. В ванне 2 раковины, душевая кабина довольно просторная , стиралка (порошок покупаем сами), туалет. Биде нет (если важно). Из принадлежностей-полотенца, шампунь, гель, мыло, шапочки для душа. Вай-фай работает нормально, можно кино посмотреть он-Лайн. Батареи в комнатах и ванне. В этот раз комнатные батареи работали целый день , а на ночь выключались, в ванной всегда была горячая. Вопрос отопления можно решить с представителем хозяина квартиры. Он всегда на связи по телефону или эл.почте. Да и все другие вопросы с ним решать легко! Про Фредерика надо сказать отдельно. Первый раз мы попросили нас встретить прямо в квартире, тк знали, что часто за ключами надо ехать в одно место, а квартира в другом.

This apartment it's clean, cozy, safe and in a great location. My trip to Paris was made even better knowing that I could come back to this place and relax. All the amenities are great and they make you feel at home. Walking distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and other attractions. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks and more in the area. Frédéric, who I was in touch with regarding this reservation, was amazing. Polite, personable and if you need anything he is very quick to answer and help. Will definitely book again for my next Paris adventure.

El apartamento es nuevo, está bien para una pareja pero para 3 personas justo. Wifi funciona bien, sin problemas. En la cama y el sofá, los colchones son buenos. Es silencioso, no hay ruidos. La localización buena, cerca de Opera y Louvre (a 10 min. Aprox. Andando de ambos) y hay boca de metro cerca.

We had a great time here. St. Germain is, of course, a fantastic neighborhood, but the apartment is quite good as well. As others have commented, I would have liked more closet space, but otherwise, it's really a great place to stay.

Great location and cute, clean and elegant little apartment. We managed to squeeze our family of six inside although it was pretty tight! Easy to manage and amazing location.

Absolutely wonderful! The flat was beautifully decorated, very functional, the cleanest I have seen yet, and Andre and Frederic were great communicators. Perfect place to stay in Paris! PS forgot to mention how comfortable the bed is, and last, but not least, the lovely welcome card with a cold bottle of delicious Champagne!! Very safe, great area, supermarket and breakfast shop right around the corner. Few steps to two Metro lines. Very convenient!

Nice experience, we got what we were promised. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne! I stayed with my family (4 total), and we found the apartment comfortable. My two kids, teenagers, slept in the pull out sofa. Wifi worked fine, enough hot water for all, nice extras like tea bags, some sugar, soap for the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, some shampoo and soap in the washroom, etc. In general it comes well equipped and the experience is 'hotel like' in this regard. You are provided with a very thorough guide in how to get into the apartment, and also tips and information on Paris and its services, restaurants, etc.

The apartment is really good, comfortable and well situated. Around it, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies and others. Also, the Grand Magasins are within walking distance. Those ares really positive points. Inside, the rooms are spacious, well illuminated and we loved the decor. I would have wished for more closet space. I would recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Paris.

The location is in district 2 of Paris. We were close to the Louvre (walking distance) and a train ride away from the Eiffel Tower.
This place was awesome, it was clean, neat, and well organized. It was close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Frederic was very helpful. He allowed us to keep our bags in his office until our flight took off later the evening so that we wouldn't have to lug around two carry-ons everywhere we went on our last day!

Location was absolutely GREAT!!!! There is everything that you need is within just a few blocks, and everyone was very helpful... We got a 4 day pass to the Louvre which was great, we were able to come and go anytime... For us it was really nice being a block away we went many times and saw something new each time!!!! Also the history is very rich, we have nothing in the US to even begin to compare. If I had them I would give a 3 thumbs up!!!
