This suited us perfectly for our week's holiday and loved the extra touches - fresh flowers, coffee pods, lots of toilet paper, linen etc. The only thing we would recommend is a little homemade handbook (in English and French) about the apartment.

Rue des Canettes, the narrow street which the apartment faces, attracts a young and lively Parisian crowd in the evening hours that patronizes its bars, restaurants, and cafes into the early morning hours on Saturday Nights. While the noise did not bother us, I could imagine other couples who like to get to bed early perhaps being disturbed by the liveliness of this neighborhood. Otherwise, the apartment could not be more perfect for a couple seeking out a Paris dream vacation. Excellent condition, relatively spacious, nice bright decor, comfortable spacious bed, a kitchenette with all the accomodations, and a superb shower (much better than my own in the States). Centrally located in the heart of St. Germain des Pres makes it a relatively easy walk to many of the major sites and easy access to the Metro. The landlord and her family could not me any more accomodating, recommending great patiseries and restaurants. They live in the same building and were always accessable if need be. Paristay.com was recommended to me by a friend who previously spent 10 days in Paris with his family of 4, and I would strongly recommend Paristay to any of my friends making plans to stay in Paris.

The apartment was even better than I anticipated and Michele was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my 2½ months stay! The paris apartment rentals was beautifully decorated, there was more than enough closet space, a really comfortable bed and the bathroom and kitchen were everything a girl could want or need. The apartment is ideally located in the 6th, barely a two-minute walk from both the St. Germain and Mabaillon metro stops and about five minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens. I can't wait to go back to Paris and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

This apartment is even nicer than the photos! We stayed here for two months in the fall of 2012. The landlord and her family were so kind, very welcoming and helpful. As other reviewers have stated, there is some street noise at night but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the paris apartment 1 bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic paris apartment rentals, loved everything about it, just one little exception that it was a little noisy at night (until about 2am in the morning).

This Paris apartment to rent was ideal for us, and very comfortable The owners were most welcoming, and helpfully provided us with some basic groceries.
