The owners were welcoming and the paris holiday apartment even better than I had interpreted from the photos and the description. One small matter is the the owner was delayed in meeting me.

Proximity to Gare du Nord, Monoprix and metro stations are plus factors for this paris flat. The owner and his lovely wife were so helpful. I hope to go back again soon.

The landlord and his family were great! The location was not touristy at all, which was one of the things I loved most about the neighborhood. Even though the paris studio apartment isn't located near most of the Paris attractions, it is in a very convenient location since it is less than a 5 minute walk to a couple different metro stops; therefore, it was super easy and quick to get anywhere in Paris. The apartment was just what we needed and hoped for. It wasn't very spacious, but it looked modern and was clean. It had a nice little kitchen for days when we didn't want to eat out. It's perfect for anyone wanting to visit Paris and feel like they have a home to go to at the end of the day instead of a hotel room. We stayed here on our honeymoon, and we decided to spend the first 2 nights in a hotel, and we wish we would've spent the entire time in the apartment because we liked it that much!

I rented the paris vacation apartment for one week in August. I stayed there with my wife and two young children. It is close to several Metro Stations. The owner is friendly and could provide help every time I asked.

I really enjoyed this Paris apartment and found the location near Gare de Nord very convenient but not too loud. Would definitely recommend

The owner of this Paris short term apartment is very helpful and honest, delightful man who owns nearby restaurants. He made things convenient and comfortable for us, met us at the apt. three times, and invited us to coffee at his restaurant. Very welcoming. By the way, I broke my arm and was treated very well at thr hospital two blocks from the apt.
