We had a fabulous 1 week stay in this enchanting apartment. The location and building are unbeatable. We felt almost like real Parisians going home to an elegant 17th century apartment on the beautiful and historic Place des Vosges. We enjoyed taking morning and evening strolls around the art galleries, cafes and shops along the square. We could easily walk to Notre Dame and other central attractions. There are 2 metro stops within a couple of blocks, making all parts of Paris easily accessible. The Bastille area open market was another special treat that the owners mentioned when we arrived. We were able to shop with the locals and have a few meals at home, which is a nice alternative to restaurant eating. The apartment overlooks a charming cobblestone courtyard with a formal garden. The building is very quiet. The unit has excellent window coverings (which we have found are important for a good night's sleep after a busy day sightseeing), and every family member had a real bed (also not always the case with holiday rental apartments). The square footage is small, but the apartment worked perfectly for our family of 4. The high ceilings and large windows give it an open and spacious feeling. Not to mention the unique opportunity to stay in a place like this. The unit is well designed, with many areas for storage - including drawers, shelves and hanging space. We have two teenagers (ages 16 and 18) so were really 4 adult sized people, and it worked perfectly. While the apartment has loads of historic charm, it also includes modern conveniences - including excellent wifi, cable TV, a landline phone, modern kitchen and bath complete with washer/dryer. The owners live in the building and could not have been more helpful. They made us feel like we were their guests rather than just short term tenants. I hope we have the opportunity to visit Paris again soon. We would definitely try to stay here again. The apartment was one of the highlights of our trip.

So much character and history in such a little space. Be aware that it has loft like bedroom, if you are older. Caretakers wonderful, and gracious people. Helped in directions for everything. The paris apartment rentals is centrally located near the Bastille area. Could not have been better. Thank You!!

We stayed here for over one month and found it perfect for a couple. The location is fantastic and the owners were extremely hospitable and kind. Supermarket, metro, open air market, and everything you need is close by, including an abundance of cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in Paris.

We were delighted by our welcome and by our paris apartment rentals. The location was fantastic and the apartment was fine for three singles. The two single beds in the living area were a good size and not cramped at all. Storage was great for keeping clutter out of the way. Owners and gardienne were wonderful to us.

Wonderful location. Very nice welcome from owner and the gardienne was also extremely helpful. Loved this apartment in Paris and would certainly hope to rent it again.

We had a most lovely stay at 10 Place des Vosges. We are a family of 4 -2 adults, a toddler and a small baby - and the short term apartment was perfect. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful in getting you settled in. The location is perfect.

This Paris apartment is delightful - compact as are most in Paris but organised so efficiently and thoughtfully that you can make the most of the space - lots of strategically placed power points - even a space to store baguettes! It reminded me of being on a ship - but with plenty of headroom. The location is excellent - close to Bastille and St Paul metro stations as well as several bus routes. Shopping is very convenient - a Monoprix and several good patisseries in the next street and the wonderful market on Bvd Richard Lenoir twice a week. Being able to step out the main door and sit in Place Des Vosges was a great priviledge. The owners really look after the needs of their tenants - we felt we were living in a home away from home. We certainly hope we can return.

The bedroom is really a "sleeping loft" and was not really separate room. All was good, the owners friendly and helpful and the location of the one bedroom flat for rent in Paris in the Place des Vosges excellent!

What a perfect place from which to enjoy all that Paris has to offer! There were 3 in our party for a 10 day stay. We were very comfortable, prepared some meals in the well stocked kitchen. The Landlord of this Paris holiday apartment was very hospitable and helpful. It was also great to have a washer/dryer on site and international long distance available. The location was great as well-right around the corner from the metro, market, shopping, etc. It was quiet and picturesque. All in all, top notch!

This Paris vacation apartment worked perfectly for our family of 3. Though small, it makes good use of space (big bathroom). The location is excellent and the owners were very gracious and accommodating.

The area is excellent to walk to art galleries, museums (Picasso and Pompidou Centre), and other tourist attractions. There are excellent restaurants, from $ to $$$$$, very close by, and there is a Monoprix supermarket just outside Place des Vosges. Bus 69, which will take you to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Dome Church, and the Eiffel Tower stops in front of the supermarket, and the apartment complex has a back door that makes the Metro Bastille (which also has a taxi terminal) very accessible. The landlord was very kind, helpful and professional - and lives in the same building which is a great advantage. Having free phone calls to the United States and many other countries was a great plus. The apartment is small but very convenient for a couple with up to two other guests to stay for Paris short term rentals. It was very clean and incredibly organized, with everything that you might need. The kitchen was well furnished and the bathroom warm and comfortable. And if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is it, as the apartment has windows towards an interior courtyard with a garden. We would stay again without even trying to look for more options.

We loved staying at Place des vosges 10. It was in a beautiful section of Paris, and a pin drop quiet environment. Our apartment looked out onto a beautiful garden. My son, his girlfriend and I stayed and had plenty of room for the time we were in the apartment. If you rent a flat in Paris, you would love your stay even more if you stayed in this apartment. While small, the location of this Paris flat for rent in Place des Vosges, warm welcome and amenities make this a wonder place to stay. It provides a quiet escape from the the busy streets. The location near the metro and in a historic building was great. The hosts/owners were very gracious. The three of us found it to be perfect.
