Paristay Apartments Reviews
One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment Saint Germain Severin Cluny 2.
The apartment is well equipped and in a great location, easy walk to Notre Dame, The Cluny, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre. Also very close to a metro stop and there are an assortment of eateries steps from the building. The apartment and building are well maintained. Can be noisy outside on weekends because of the many nightspots. Just bring earplugs. Love the convenience of the elevator after a long day of sight seeing. Monique is a wonderful landlord, very responsive if you need anything and brings fresh sheets and towels if you are staying for a long period of time. My security deposit was returned very quickly to me after my stay was over. Thank you for everything Monique. I hope I have the opportunity to return someday.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. I think this is a great budget apartment for one person who can tolerate noise. It is much too tight for a couple (even if they are very much in love). The location is convenient to transportation and several of the great sights of Paris and the view of St. Severin Church is amazing. I would rent this again off season (when the tourists are gone) for a short trip. The Monoprix is right down the street for groceries, the price is reasonable, the location is convenient to the RER to DeGaulle, and the owners are very pleasant.

This is the perfect location. We could not have had a better place to base ourselves out to see the whole city. Our greeting was fantastic and warm. If you want to get value for your euro then this is the Paris letting for you.

The short term rent in Paris worked out really well for us because it was so centrally located. It was small, but it had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. And the view was great.

The apartment was a great value for money. It is located in the very center of the city, close to Notre-Dame and to St. Michael subway. There are numerous cafes and fastfood stands around. The landlord was very nice and hospitable. It was very nice to discover certain cooking ingredients in the kitchen corner :) We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Loved the area,the Paris rental flat was small but had every thing we needed. noisy at night with the window open, also the owners provided great information, brochures and tourist guides with the flat.

SUPER location, yet affordable. Noisy neighborhood. Metro, bus, restaurants, cafes, shops, bakery all within 2 blocks. Notre Dame Cathedral is 3 blocks away. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Definitely would recommend it, and would stay there again.

Great location and price. The apartment had everything that I needed, as well as some very welcome extras, like a fan(not too common in my experience). The neighborhood got rather noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but with earplugs I was able to sleep OK.

Owners were very friendly '5-Star' and easy to work with, especially concerning the security deposit. Neighborhood can be fairly noisy during the weekends due to a nearby cafes/bars, so plan to stay out late or bring your ear plugs. Noise usually subsides by 0200 AM. Great location! Many shops and restaurants/bakeries are within easy walking distance of the flat and the RER (metro)is only two blocks away. Notre Dame Cathedral is three blocks away.

Julian was an excellent landlord, very accommodating. Magazines he left in the apartment had ideas for sightseeing and we took advantage of the information. The location was excellent - centrally located to all we wanted to see in Paris and close to Metro. I have already told others about Paristay!

Very nice landlord. Great located. At weekends it is a quite loud neighbourhood but it is okay. For sightseeing is ist really good. The appartement is in the centre of Paris located.
