- We truly enjoyed our stay at Louvre 15. Frederic, the Paristay agent, was extremely courteous, helpful, easy to reach and very prompt. We found it easy and convenient using the private shuttle from the airport arranged by Paristay and would highly recommend everyone use this, especially those traveling with children and/or many bags. Grocery stores, restaurants, banks were all within steps of the gate. Even the owner replied promptly to our queries via email regarding location of a nearby bottle shop. There was a lovely park closeby, and so much to do and see within walking distance of the apartment as well as easy access to the metro. The apartment was perfect for us and our 2 children! - This Paris apartment was so comfortable~esp.the bed! There was ample space for our clothing in the closet and dresser. The bathroom was large for Paris standards with beautiful modern fixtures. Having the washer/dryer was great. Fredric was SO helpful and congenial. The shuttle service was excellent, even in the strike. - A great experience all-around! The apartment rental, check-in, and check-out were all handled flawlessly by ParisStay. The location was great for our purposes - 5 minutes to the Louvre, two nearby metro stops covering most lines (including the 4 from Gare du Nord). Apartment was great for a small family of 2-3. - Excellent communication from Frederic as well as from the Limo services arranged by Frederic. Our plane was late into Paris but the driver maintained communication despite the wait, very much appreciated by us. The short term apartment is a delight as a base for Paris exploration. The location and proximity to Les Halles/Chatelet Metro station, cafes, supermarkets and tourist venues is brilliant.
