HOW DO WE OPERATE ?
All potential searches start with an in depth interview to ascertain the specific needs of the client As part of the process Paristay advises on where you should buy and what you can expect it to cost. We can also advise on the rentability of a property, and offer a full range of rental services (finding tenants, maintaining and cleaning etc). The search is then tailored to meet your needs – a typical search lasts two to three weeks. We never force our clients to buy a property. Hardly any costs will be incurred if no suitable property is found.

Paristay fees are transparent and determined up front so you know exactly what the costs will be. We accompany and advise you all through the purchase process. Once you have purchased you property you might need help with renovations - we can put you in touch with professionals (builders, architects, decorators) and help you collect and analyse price quotes.

We can also attend to the many associated issues of such as getting utilities connected, obtaining homeowner's insurance, getting locks changed, attending homeowner's association meetings, etc.

After a degree in European Business Law he worked in international logistics for two blue chip organisations.
