Beautiful 110m2, three-story country house in the heart of Paris Le Marais area A premium location, just near the rue de Bretagne and its many Parisian shops, butcher, bakeries, cheese shop, fresh fish, as well as the famous "Marché des enfants rouge, open-air market with fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as caterers. Bistros and cafés also dote every corner, with friendly terraces full of fashionable Parisians watching fashionable Parisians pass by! Off to the right, separating the dining area from the living room a striking winding staircase elegantly climbs to the other floors. The living area dons a large sectional couch which folds into a bed, modern wall hangings, end tables, coffee table, a flat-screen TV with cable hook-up, antique chairs, shelves and a large square designe bench covered in leather. This entire space is light and open, with ground-floor windows and first-floor windows flooding onto the ground floor. Amazing! On the other side, separated by a country door, is the fully equipped kitchen. From the ground floor, the widing stairs takes you to the first floor with on one side a cool mezzanine and on the other a first bathroom with WC and a 15m2 bedroom with queen-size bed. The widing staircase continues to the second and last flmoor where you find 2 charming bedrooms under the roof and a second bathroom with WC. Extra room : just under the staircase on the ground floor is a door leading to the basement, a large room with rock walls can be multipurpose (extra storage for luggage....).
