This furnished studio in Paris is conveniently located in a lively and interesting neighborhood, just off Place Bastille in the 11th Arrondissement. Available for Paris apartment short term rentals. It's right in the middle of the Rue de la Roquette which offers a large variety of nice commerces, food shops, cafes and bistros. It's an attractive neighborhood because it is very alive with Paris life, not touristy, yet you are 5 minutes stroll from Bastille (and Opera Bastille), 15min stroll to Place des Vosges, 8min walk to the green strip which is the southern continuation of Canal St. Martin and also the huge Bastille market on Sundays. Nicely decorated, beautiful authentic beams. The bedroom area includes a double bed and a computer desk. Kitchen area equipped with microwave oven, fridge and hotplates. Bathroom contains a bath, and a clothes washer. PLEASE NOTE/ AFTER JUNE THE OWNER WILL MAKE A WORK AND REMOVE BATHTUB AND ITLL BE THE SHOWER ONLY
