We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that the shower was in one bedroom which made it tricky if someone wanted to sleep in. Otherwise the apartment was great and we really enjoyed the Marais area.

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Paris with my husband and son. The living area is very spacious and nicely decorated. It stayed cool in the apartment despite scorching temperatures outside. I liked the guidebooks on the bookshelves. Excellent location, next to patisserie, fromagerie, and grocery store.

Wonderful apartment in excellent neighborhood. Many terrific restaurants nearby and close Metro stops. It's not necessary to ever leave the area to dine! Also, grocery store is very convenient. Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. I would return to this paris apartment for rent again!

No surprises. The ratings were very exact. It was actually nicer than I expected. I would highly recommend it. GREAT LOCATION. Very friendly and kind. Absolutely no commplaints.

All of the positives mentioned in other reviews apply; location, spaciousness, quiet, secure, convenient to grocery, transportation and dining. St. James and Bastille metro were equally convenient. The Monoprix was 2 blocks away, but there were plenty of sidewalk markets for fresh items and 2 boulangeries nearby. The Sunday Bastille market is fun as well, though I didn't shop to cook at the apartment.

We LOVED the apartment. It has character and charm, and the location is the best. The flat in paris is in an ancient building and as such, has a couple of quirks like not being able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower because of the low ceiling. But in truth, this added to the charm. Had to replace a number of light bulbs during our stay. The Paris representative was very helpful and friendly.

This is the secon time I havetsyed in this apartment. This time for 5 weeks. The apartment is a greet size and the location could not be better!!! The manager and owner are very accommodating. There was some unfortunate construction underneath the apartment both times but the work is finished now. The open living/dining/area is quite spacious and very comfortable. My only comment would be the mattresses which have seen better days. But do not hesitate to rent here - I will definitely return !

My friend and our 20 year old daughters stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. It was very comfortable and plenty of space in a great neighborhood close to 2 Metro stations - lots of shops, restaurants, patisseries and boulangeries. Some might find the bath/shower/sink that are open to the master bedroom a bit annoying but you just have to work out who is showering when and it all works out. The shower ceiling is low so if you're taller than 5 ft 8 in, that might be a little uncomfortable. Overall, this lovely apartment was perfect for our visit - I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This is the second year that we have rented this apartment. Last year it was three weeks, this year five weeks. Stephanie, the manager is great and very accomodating. The location is fabulous. It is close to a Monoprix - a block away, three subway stops and walking distance to the best areas of Paris. We considered this our home away from home and woke up every day with a smile on our face.

This comfortable Paris apartment rentals is on a quiet street, very conveniently located in the wonderful Marais. Here you are within walking distance of so many of Paris' attractions. The supermarket one block from the apartment was a bonus.

In 2008 I rented this appartment of rue Beautreillis and I had several little problems. In 2011 I rented the same Paris accommodation and all was excellent, all appliances functionned and all lights too. The price is fantastic for this neighbourood and the area of the place is good up to 6 persons. I will continue with "Beautreillis 2 beds" every time I will travel to Paris

We enjoyed our stay in paris. The apartment is in a terrific location, close to MonoPrix supermarket,the Seine, and Metro. Stephanie, our host, was also helpful. The library left by others was an added bonus. Work was being undertaken in the complex during our stay, so it was not particularly quiet. However this issue is typical of Parisian apartments and the great location makes up for any negatives. We plan to stay in this property again.

Renting an apartment is the only way to enjoy a stay in Paris - all the comforts of home and all the flexiblilty one needs. I loved the Marais- well situated for sightseeing, interesting, not too touristy, has a nice community feeling.

Our family, two adults and two teenagers, spent a very enjoyable week in Paris. This vacation rental apartment in Paris is in an excellent location with easy access on foot or by public transit to sites and activities. It was quiet, comfortable and secure. Greeting upon arrival was friendly and helpful, and arrangements for departure went very smoothly.

Our family of four loved this apartment in Paris! Great location, with Monoprix grocery down the block, and taxi stand nearby. No problem walking to Notre Dame, Ile de Cite, ect. Stephanie, our "hostess" made our experience the best. The service she provided was magnifique! Merci!

I so enjoyed my stay in this bright, clean, well-appointed Paris apartment in the amazing Marais. With all the nearby amenities (shops, cafes, museaums, Metro), I felt like a true Parisian for my month-long visit. Paristay was wonderful and responsive from first inquiry to departure (special thanks to Frederic for his all his help!) I will definitely do business with Paristay again--have already recommended it--and will hopefully return for another stay at rue Beautreillis.
