Very happy overall. Great location - very quiet but centrally located. Surprisingly large for a studio apartment. I paid Euro 50 extra for Sunday checkout.

It was a very homely and welcoming appartment. We were happy to live there for two weeks. It had everything we needed (and more!) and the location was perfect for us. As the paris appartment is entered via a passage, it doesn't receive any direct sunlight. If we were returning to Paris, we would happily stay here again.

We stayed 2 weeks and absolutely loved the location. We went to the Louvre 7 times. (We used the museum pass with a fixed price.) It was nice to step out of the apartment and in less than 10 minutes be there. Numerous restaurants in the area. We found a nice square area (near an Audi dealership) with about 10 good restaurants just on the other side of Ave Opera. This was a very popular area at night. The apartment is also close to Palais Royal which is very nice area during the day and night. Its also very central, so getting anywhere by metro was easy.

The apartment was perfectly placed to explore Paris - a brilliant location. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the owner was extremely helpful. It was a little dark inside the apartment because it overlooks the passage, but everything else more than made up for it. Brilliant Paris letting!

This Paris apartment has an excellent location for touring Paris; after 20pm the passage is closed to the public, so the whole zone is very quiet; and you can walking in minutes to the Louvre, the Opera and so on... Really amazing.

This was our Honeymoon apartment and allowed us to experience Paris authentically. The location was central to all our needs and for all our travel connections throughout Paris and beyond, with convenience to a huge array of shops, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, Metro, even Monoprix. The Paris studio rental is situated above an Art Gallery and the Passage has an excellent Art Shop, Lavrut, with some excellent designer shops along its length. The apartment is spacious, airy with doors that open onto the passageway, it was a home from home and allowed us to really relax. The Agent and Proprietor are very amicable and accommodating and like Paristay, presented us with a hassle free experience.

We were 4, my husband and my 2 children(4 and 7 years old)and the apartment was great. A cosy apartment close to the main attractions of Paris, metro, restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed and were able to walk everywhere. We felt secure in both the area and the building.We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Paris near Le Louvre... great location for getting around the city and seeing the sights, and good!!!!price!!!!!. Looking over the passage so not so much light, but a fascinating location of constant foot traffic and boutique shops. Spacious and central the short term apartment rental in Paris was ideal for a couple to explore this fabulous city on foot, or further afield. It provided an ideal home base.
