Paristay Apartments Reviews
One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment St Michel Boulevard.
My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for the month of August and loved it. Location is one block from Place St Michel, metro is across the street, bus is in front of apartment. Fifth floor with long balcony over Blvd St Michel to watch the world go by, but bedroom is tucked in the back of apartment where it is quiet and has a beautiful view of the sunset and the rooftops of Paris. The spacious living room (with intriguing wall art) faces Blvd St Michel and is flooded with light in the mornings...a very pleasant spot for morning coffee at the large dining room table that seats 4 at one end of the living room. Bathroom is small and functional...again with a view of the Paris rooftops! The kitchen is the narrowest we have been in, but long, and in that space you have everything you need to prepare meals; it is very well equipped. There is an elevator, and two wonderful bakeries on the ground floor of the building (with the aroma of pain chocolat drifting up to wake you each morning), with many cafes and shops in the immediate area. The Seine and Notre Dame are one block away. The many windows provide a very nice breeze on all but the hottest days; we bought a fan and left it in the apartment. A lovely, comfortable home away from home for a month. We will definitely return.

This is an excellent apartment right in the middle of all the action. Booking was very easy and welcome could not have been better. Balcony was a super bonus.

Great location, sunny and spacious main living area. Quite noisy during the day with windows open but OK at night. The bedroom is away from the street and very quiet. Nice cross breeze. Kitchen is tight but very functional. Apart from the extra charge for check in and check out on weekends, the service from Pairstay was prompt, courteous and friendly. We highly recommend the agency and the apartment.

We had a delightful time in the Latin quarter and found the environment and warmth of Parisians weather in shops or giving directions or waiting on food orders very comforting. If I am critical of any thing, it would be the level of noise on the street of which no one has control:)

The paris apartment rentals is better than depicted in the photos, it is fantastic! The location is perfect, all your necessities are just steps away, and Alex the owners representative was a huge help to me, and very professional. Did I mention the windows!!

Like most Americans who travel infrequently, we were worried that the idea of a west bank flat at the price was too good to be true. We’d like to tell you that everything went exactly as planned/promised. Clean with a sunny living room, comfortable bed and adequate kitchen. We had a delightful week.

The apartment has charm and was in a great location. The street noise was a little load with the balcony doors open but totally disappeared when the doors were closed. Would definately return in the cooler months. Joseph's assistance was also great. JO Victoria Australia

We had a lovely time at Saint Michel 14. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we required. The inclusion of a foldaway bed was also very useful for our two children. The location is excellent.

We loved the Paris apartment location and Joseph was very good to work with. We also loved the many windows and the balcony. Yes, the kitchen was small, but it was very functional. There was no coffee pot as described, so we purchased a coffee press which we left there.

Front room noisy, as on main street, but bedroom at back, which was quiet. Nice smells from the Patisserie in the mornings. Kitchen narrow, but well equipped. Joseph was very welcoming on arrival. In general, the location is perfect, a wonderfully light, airy Paris accomodation even in winter, tastefully decorated and well equipped.

We were very happy with the one bedroom apartment in Paris - great location and attractive decor. Kitchen small but OK (this is Paris!) Would have liked a bit more storage space. Paristay staff very helpful and punctual. Minor noises audible from apartment above due to thin ceiling. Would stay there again...
