I loved this studio. The ambience was wonderful. The wifi (very important for me) was excellent. The owner was lovely & so helpful in orienting me to the neighborhood as well as the studio. After having seen other popular areas where I might have chosen an apartment (Marais, Ile St. Louis), this one was by far the best in terms of great food shopping (both supermarché & farmer's markets close by), unbeatable transportation links (both bus & metro) & true French flavour. Loved Rue Mouffetard! Great nearby coffee shops (Sugarplum Cake Shop - yum!), laundromats (to take your washed laundry to for drying), épiceries, boulangeries & restaurants (Le Volcan - 5 minutes walk away). It was a true home away from home for my month of being a Parisienne. For enjoying the outdoors, the Jardin des Plantes (just a couple of blocks away) was spectacular. Loved it all!

We were totally pleased with this apartment. It's quite comfortable, with more than adequate space, very well equipped and in a great neighborhood. There are plenty of dining options and grocery stores nearby and it's close to two metro stops. It's actually sunnier than it appears in the photos and the interior lighting is excellent. The wifi was fast and consistent. We never heard any noise from the neighborhood but occasionally from people moving into or out of the apartment above. The owners could not have been more welcoming and attentive. We would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Yukie my agent was very fast and professional in booking my paris apartment.The way she arranged my stay on short notice impressed me because I felt she Really cared about making it happen for me.The owner of the apartment Valerie H.was also so very nice and ontime,and the apartment had everything you could need for your time there,even spices,olive oil,coffee.I felt so welcomed by her,and when I left she was there again with my deposit,I loved being in her place.Congratulations to Yukie and Valerie,they represented Paristay in the best way possible.I will certainly rent through your company the next time I am in Paris,please forward this message to them both.It is Important for people like these 2 Ladies to know that Grace and all the "little" things they did are so appreciated.Merci Beaucoup. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment in Paris Quartier Latin suited our needs very well and, overall, we really enjoyed our stay there. The only issues we had were the occasional late night noise from the people in the apartment above.
