One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment Mouffetard St Médard.
I lived in the apartment for ten months and it could not have suited me more. It is a very stylish layout and in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city. The Rue Mouffetard is vibrant with a huge range of facilities but there is no noise from the street in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen's facilities are suitable for proper cooking, and there is a washing machine, dryer, bath, shower, fridge/freezer, etc. It is ideal for one person and there is a huge wardrobe which has several shelves and drawers for storage and is large enough so that I was able to store almost all of my things just in there so that the room always looked tidy. The location really couldn't be better for getting the most out of living in Paris. It is a very safe area and the apartment is right next to the no. 7 metro line. I couldn't recommend this apartment more!

Fantastic location! The paris apartment had everything I needed. I didn't find it too small - the way the furniture is laid out creates enough open space. The window of the apartment faces an inner courtyard instead of Mouffetard, making it very quiet. The owner, Carlos, was always friendly and quick to respond to my emails. I would recommend this apartment.
