One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment Germain Pilon Abbesses.
This apartment is beautifully kept, with a well outfitted kitchen, a lovely modern bathroom, and very tasteful decor. The property manager was warm and welcoming. Being on the first floor means it is not as sunny as some (especially during a wet spring, as when we were there), but there are plenty of lamps to cheer it up. The neighborhood is quiet despite being near Pigalle, and Chez Toinette (just downstairs and to the right) has fantastic food and speaks good English if you need it. Good for a date night. My only quibbles: the mattress in the master bedroom is really firm. The upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy at night. (No fault of the apartment, but something to be aware of.)
