One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment Palais Royal ChicSuites.
Location was perfect, within a 5 minute walk to the Opera, Louvre, and metro. Nice size apartment for the two of us, felt very safe. Also had a bus stop right out front which took us right to the train. Frederic sent us all the info we needed to access the building. It was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to any couple! Perfect!

We liked that it was well organised. Even without meeting the hosts it was easy to arrive, find the keys and enter. Our flight was early and we were supposed to arrive there before the check in time and they told us we can leave our luggage but actually when we arrived the cleaning staff had obviously finished with the cleaning so we could accomodate and refresh before starting our journey around Paris.

Piccolo ma intimo appartamento a due passi dal museo del Louvre,ottimo riferimento con la metro vicina,appartamento al piano terra,con letto matrimoniale e divano letto,cucina con tutto l indispensabile abbiamo soggiornato io mia moglie e nostra figlia,tutto molto ottimo,esperienza da rifare se torniamo in questa bellissima città.

Semplicemente perfetta, pulitissimo, ottima posizione, super organizzati, appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale! Lo consiglio anche a chi ha dei bimbi in passeggino. Ci hanno perfino regalato una bottiglia di vino!!! Bravi, continuate cosi!!!

El apartamento es nuevo, está bien para una pareja pero para 3 personas justo. Wifi funciona bien, sin problemas. En la cama y el sofá, los colchones son buenos. Es silencioso, no hay ruidos. La localización buena, cerca de Opera y Louvre (a 10 min. Aprox. Andando de ambos) y hay boca de metro cerca.

Die Lage war ideal um Paris zu erkunden. Nachdem das Appartement im Innenhof gelegen ist, war es sehr ruhig. Es war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber.

Kitchen is very clean & room ambience was nice as well. Bed & mattress were comfortable. Shower is also very good. Nice security for the flat as well. Within walking distance from many sightseeing places & shops. Nice place to stay. Value for money.

Le logement répond en tous points à la description faite sur le site. Appartement très situé au coeur de Paris proche de tous les sites touristiques. Une sympathique surprise nous attendait (une très bonne bouteille de pétillant).

Endroit tout à fait agréable, joliment décoré et calme. Il est proche de toutes les commodités : commerce, métro,musées. Le quartier a beaucoup de charme. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et le propriétaire particulièrement attentif. Très bonne adresse.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de algunos puntos de interés importantes y muy nuena conexión por Metro a través de la parada Pyramides. Es pequeño para 4 pero perfecto para 2 personas. Las camas muy cómodas y está bien equipado para cocinar. Las fotos son exactamente iguales a la realidad.

Wonderful location very close to the Louvre but quiet and set off the street. Apartment is quite small but very doable for two. Well appointed and host was very efficient and helpful.

Everything about the apartment is perfect! It's quiet and convenient. The location is good, it's close to the Louvre. The host is welcoming and nice. It's a wonderful experience and we spent a great time in Paris!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was ideal, we walked everywhere and we did not miss any of the places we wanted to see. Every imaginable cuisine and amenity seemed to be within a block radius, and the instructions and recommendations provided were extremely helpful to get around the neighborhood. The bed was beyond comfortable, and everything we needed was available, it was quite impressive for such a compact space. Would certainly recommend!

The Palais Royal Suite was amazing. The instructions to get there were fantastic and the book of recommendations extremely useful. The place is brand new, very well decorated and the neighborhood overflowing with restaurants, alleyways, boutiques, and entertainment. Despite being in a busy area of Paris, the room was totally quiet. The location has 3 Metro station within walking distance which makes it easy to visit Paris.

The location was excellent for visiting central Paris. Despite it being in the centre of Paris the apartment was wonderfully quiet, and the bed very comfortable, so a relaxing sleep after a busy day can be assured. Local shops (which keep late hours) make the buying of provisions easy. There are also excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro. The apartment is perfect for two, but for three requires a little discipline.

Un 'nido' confortevole e silenzioso a pochi passi dal Louvre e dall'Opera. Letto comodissimo, tutto estremamente pulito e di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo per 2 persone .

El apartamento es genial, exactamente como se describe y se muestra en las fotos , demasiado limpio, ordenado, silencioso y tranquilo para dormir, con los implementos basicos y sobretodo muy bien ubicado. Hay varias estaciones de metro cerca por lo que facilita el dezplazamiento entre un lugar y otro de la ciudad, definitivamente super recomendado para quienes quieran estar una temporada en paris, perfecto para 4 personas, lo disfrutamos muchisimo. Muy comodo y agradable. La atencion de andré y federick fue muy oportuna y cordial, muy colaboradores al momento de consultarles algo. Super recomendado!! Carolina.
