Fantastic location for all the main sites. Convenient public transport- very easy to get around- Disneyland one end of line, Charles de Gaulle the other! Apartment fine; comfortable, clean and with up-to-date decor.

The landlord of the one bedroom Paris apartment rentals was very professional, organized and responsive. Some noise on Friday and Saturday nights due to a club across the street.

Madame Lacas was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was in an excellent position and beautifully presented. The only problem was the snoring from the next door neighbour in the 2nd bedroom.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Louvre 15. Frederic, the Paristay agent, was extremely courteous, helpful, easy to reach and very prompt. We found it easy and convenient using the private shuttle from the airport arranged by Paristay and would highly recommend everyone use this, especially those traveling with children and/or many bags. Grocery stores, restaurants, banks were all within steps of the gate. Even the owner replied promptly to our queries via email regarding location of a nearby bottle shop. There was a lovely park closeby, and so much to do and see within walking distance of the apartment as well as easy access to the metro. The apartment was perfect for us and our 2 children! Thank you very much for making our stay an enjoyable one.

This Paris apartment rentals is very bright and sunny and is located in a very central area in Paris. It is close to the Louvre, Pompidou Museum, and Les Halles, as well the Paris Metro. The apartment itself was originally used as the "servants quarters" when the building was built, thus it can feel a bit cramped at times. Overall, however, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend the apartment to others.

We loved our time in Paris and this apartment made our holiday so easy and stress-free. The landlords representative (Frederik) was very helpful and on-time for arrival and departure. The apartment was fine for our family of four - any more might be a squeeze. Plenty of local shops and services as well as great places to eat and the Metro is less than 100m away. The only negative during our stay was with noise at night from another apartment twice during our 7 nights. If we return to Paris we would happily stay here again.

Great Paris apartment rental in the best neighborhood possible for those hoping to see the sites of Paris. You can walk to everything and the street is safe and quiet.

Our family spent just over a week in this delighful 2 bedrooms Paris apartment rental and would hope to use it again in future visits. It was large enough for five adults to sleep and live to comfortably.It is in an extremely convenient location and the Rue Ramberteau has many specialty shops that can provide delicious supplies.

A wonderful place for a romantic getaway. Very private. Simple Paris apartment in Le Marais but elegant for the no nonsense traveler. Great wine bars and restaurants only a block or two away. Try Robert and Louis. The entire experience was first rate.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans vôtre appartement. Il est très accueillant. On a l’impression qu’on rend visite à un ami. En anglais, c’est très « cosy » et il a beaucoup de caractère. Nous aimons beaucoup le quartier. Toutes sortes de choses sont si près, la boulangerie, le fromagerie, le Carrefour, un magasin de vin, les restaurants/cafés, les sites touristiques. Nôtre Noël à Paris était un grand succès ! Il faut retourner un jour. Madame Ducos est très gentille, et elle fais bien son travaille de bienvenue/logistique.

Overall I must say it was a pleasant stay. Apartment location is excellent with metro, restaurants, bars and stores close by. The attention from Frederic was good and the apartment has all what you need. Supermarket is 1 block away. Pictures in the page may give you that apartment is bigger, but it is a great place to stay in.

Our holiday in this apartment was one of the most magical experiences we have ever had. The location and view were the main reasons we chose this apartment and we could not have been happier with both. Our month long stay was exactly what we had wished for. This cosy Paris apartment in Latin Quarter was in excellent modern sparkling presentation and condition with a reliable lift, plenty of hot water, internet connection for keeping in contact, safe and secure access and windows that look out onto the busy restaurant street so you always feel like you are in Paris. It is perfect for transport, sightseeing, dining and what you see is exactly what you get. Magic memories blossomed here and I would definitely stay again, only longer next time. Judith H. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was able to communicate with them adequately even though they only spoke a little English and I know a limited amount of French.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Paris apartment in Latin Quarter. It was a great central location to explore all of Paris and they gave us such a warm welcome to the city. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed waking up to the view of Saint Severin church each morning. The area was a little loud at times, but everything else was perfect.

Excellent location of this studio apartment rental in Paris, at Chatelet near Beaubourg/St Michel too, pedestrianised streets, restaurants, supermarket, proximity to stations of main metro/RER lines/Airport links. Nice terrace, internet connection excellent. Ready to do cooking yourself. Arrangement very good.
