We LOVED the apartment. It has character and charm, and the location is the best. The flat in paris is in an ancient building and as such, has a couple of quirks like not being able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower because of the low ceiling. But in truth, this added to the charm. Had to replace a number of light bulbs during our stay. The Paris representative was very helpful and friendly.

The paris apartment rentals was better than it appeared on the web site. The living area, the kitchen (well equiped) and the loft (2nd) bedroom were larger than we expected. The quality of furnishing is outstanding. The location also exceeded expectation with a bonus that the St Michel metro station had RER links direct to Eurostar's station and also to Versailles. The location is great, with views of Notre Dame,and it is easy to get to all Paris' key areas by Metro or bus. Easy walk to great cafes/restaurants. Two couples fitted comfortably and hardly noticed the 92 steps - well worth it for views. The My Genie in Paris service should also be used - it was excellent.

This is the secon time I havetsyed in this apartment. This time for 5 weeks. The apartment is a greet size and the location could not be better!!! The manager and owner are very accommodating. There was some unfortunate construction underneath the apartment both times but the work is finished now. The open living/dining/area is quite spacious and very comfortable. My only comment would be the mattresses which have seen better days. But do not hesitate to rent here - I will definitely return !

A perfect paris apartment for students. The owners are very nice. Its very small, but its in an amazing area. City centre, very ease to go to any place. The metro station is very close. There is every thing you… form supermarkets, to very nice priced restaurants.. Basically, if I ever decide to go to paris again I would stay in it.

Best location, this paris one bedroom apartment was very convienently located - Opera, Vandome, Louvre was within 10 minutes walking distance. Direct bus to Montmatre, St. Germaine, etc. Metro to everywhere. Neighborhodd was full of ethnic restaurants, bakery, cafes, etc. Really enjoyable location. Perfect for a couple but very tight for three. Didn't see the owner but the manager was very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport is available from the Louvre Hotel next door. Highly recommend, good value.

Very clean, nice and very beautiful decoration.Located in the renowned neighbourhood known as "the golden triangle". Luc the owner gave us a wonderfull wellcome and also help us in the departure with our large luggage and finding the appropriate taxi. Everything was excellent.

Very good location, with metro on next street & 10/15 minute walk to Notre Dame. V good correspondence with landlady & husband who were both very polite, helpful & welcoming. Paris apartment rentals is an adequate size with all necessary equipment & storage space. Excellent shower & heating. Would recommend this 2 other travellers on a budget.

This was a great little base to explore Paris over Christmas and New Years, the welcoming was very good, and the property manager very flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure times. I would highly recommend this paris apartment to anyone.

The paris vacation apartment had all that we expected, and more. The entire process -Paristay + owner- was smooth and efficient, and the reception was very warm and helpful. Nothing amiss. All in all a great experience.

Joy was easy to work with on check in and check out. Very quick and painless process. The paris apartment Ile Saint Louis was wonderful. Great location in the middle of it all and yet quite. Two great places to eat across the street. Nice places to get fresh fruit and bakery items around the corner.

We loved it. Perfect location, great for a family of four. Easy access to Parisian sights in general. Could walk to most places. Comfortable and relaxed.

The Richelieu Louvre apartment was fantastic! While it is small, it is perfect for two people interested in exploring the city. It is cute and cozy and everything inside is in great condition and clean. The paris apartment rentals building was quiet and felt safe. We could not have asked for a better location. It is literally one block away from the Metro and two blocks away from the Louvre and other beautiful Sites. There are plenty of places to eat and shop right around the apartment--you are literally in the heart of Paris! If we ever come to Paris again we will definitely stay here!

The owner was very friendly and professional from the beginning to the end of my stay. He helped me out beyond my expectations in all requirements during my stay in Paris. The paris studio apartment was central and easily accesible for all my regular activities. It has all the elements for a long stay, it is confortable, clean and close to the subway and bus. The neighborhood is quiet with a very close area with all kinds of retaurants.

A great apartment for a small family, centrally located. The paris vacation rentals apartment had every amenity required for a comfortable stay, plus sum. the attention to detail for the welcome to the farewell was appreciated. Close to Metro, shops and walking distance to a number of attractions (Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre, St Eustiche). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Would also use Paristay again and recommend. Very professional and prompt.

It was a fantastic and authentic 5th arrondissement experience! The flat's arrangement, equipment and decor were perfect and being on the top floor was excellent daily exercise! The great location/neighborhood allows for easy access to parcs, markets, museums, restaurants, as well as the Metro. The building itself (+ neighbors) is quiet, with daily the tolling of beautiful church bells (the oldest in Paris!)and the occasional(weekend evenings)exuberant youth down on the street in search of a club. The flat's owner + manager were very helpful and I would love to stay in this paris vacation apartment again!

We loved the paris apartment. It was stylish and very chic! Had everything we needed and the landlord was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and the apartment is gorgeous. Stay there, you will not regret it!

You cannot beat the location of this Paris Palais Royal apartment. Everything was in extremely close proximity - two minutes to Louvre, 7 minutes to La concorde. For two people this apartment is excellent but for 4 people it was a little cramped but to be this close to everything it was worth the inconvenience. We would definately stay here again and tell all our friends.

The apartment was in a beautiful neighborhood that looked exactly like a Parisiene cliche. Whilst the building was old this only added to the charm. The paris vacation rentals itself was roomier than we expected and had all we needed for our stay. We were greeted at the apartment by Lena who had left us with a bottle of wine and some pastries which was an unexpected surprise. Thanks for helping make our stay memorable.

My husband and I loved this Le Marais paris apartment so much...we were constantly talking about how we could see ourselves living there. I have nothing bad to say about it...everything about it was absolutely perfect. There is a convenience store directly across the street, it overlooks an alley which makes it very quiet, it has a washing machine, computer with internet, and the neighborhood was wonderful. The owner was great too...nice and easy-going. Paristay made the whole process very easy as well. Definitely recommend!
