We had a very positive experience in Paris, in no little part because of the convenient and well-appointed apartment. All contacts with owner's son were very positive and friendly. We would recommend the paris apartment to anyone not concerned with fancy entertaining and lots of space.

Very comfortable and spacious for a studio apartment. We appreciated the comfortable bed, the big windows with plants outside them, and the dining table and chairs that made our meals very enjoyable. Jean-Philippe, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful.

Apartment : Bel Air

I lived here for well over a year during my work and study in Paris and it was the perfect home. Coming from an English speaking country can be difficult enough but thankfully the landlord is absolutely fluent in English as well as understanding of the ex-Pat mindset. It was an absolute pleasure living in this gorgeous apartment that had a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. On clear sunny days one could see the Eiffel Tower and it was definitely a highlight to my time in Paris. If I could I would absolutely return to this apartment any time of the year. It's situated right off Place de la Nation on a nice residential street. It was perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city while still maintaining that city lifestyle. I would absolutely recommend a stay here not only for those seeking long term rental paris but short term. With all the major metro and train lines Paris is easily accessible and wonderful for natives or first timers. Do not pass up a chance to stay in this fantastic apartment!

The son of the owner, who speaks English, welcomed me punctually at the arranged time, and was informative and always very helpful and pleasant. The apartment is well laid out, secure and surprisingly spacious. The contents were comprehensive and tasteful. One has a choice of Metro stations nearby. A level of fitness is required for the steps, as in most Paris apartments, which I did not find to be a problem. The location is excellent for shops, restaurants and places of interest. I walked regularly to the Luxembourg Gardens. Any query I had was handled promptly and always courteously. I was delighted with my stay and would certainly request this apartment again if in Paris

My ten year old daughter and I stayed in this cozy paris vacation apartment for a week and loved it. My daughter loved the loft as well as being across the street from a bakery where she could could get chocolate croissants everyday. I loved the neighbourhood and the short walk to the metro. This is a great place to stay!!!

This Paris apartment 3 bedrooms was wonderful, and I would recommend this vacation apartment to anyone who wants to spend time in a true Paris neighborhood. It was close to the markets, metro, the Sorbonne, and Luxembourg Gardens. But it was also a nice & quiet place to relax after a long day of seeing the city.

The landlord and his family were great! The location was not touristy at all, which was one of the things I loved most about the neighborhood. Even though the paris studio apartment isn't located near most of the Paris attractions, it is in a very convenient location since it is less than a 5 minute walk to a couple different metro stops; therefore, it was super easy and quick to get anywhere in Paris. The apartment was just what we needed and hoped for. It wasn't very spacious, but it looked modern and was clean. It had a nice little kitchen for days when we didn't want to eat out. It's perfect for anyone wanting to visit Paris and feel like they have a home to go to at the end of the day instead of a hotel room. We stayed here on our honeymoon, and we decided to spend the first 2 nights in a hotel, and we wish we would've spent the entire time in the apartment because we liked it that much!

The owner of the apartment was outstanding to rent from and was friendly, helpful & responsive. Additionally the owner is an America expat so there were no frustrating language barriers to deal with while renting the apartment. We rented this paris vacation apartment for the Paris Marathon and found the location to be perfectly situated to walk to the start line and return from the finish line. The unit is small but perfect for a couple that is visiting Paris and plans to spend most of their time out and about. Having all the amenities of an apartment allowed us to pack lightly and thus made our travel far more comfortable.

We LOVED the apartment and would definately consider renting the exact same one again. Great location, very well appointed (pictures dont due it justice) and everything you needed was there and was in good working order. Our only hiccup was that the building was being painted while we were there. As a result there was plastic covering over all the windows, and workers with a view into our apt. and noise from the sanding and painting. That said, most of these activities were happening while we were out enjoying the city and Paristay compensated us for the inconvienence. The Paristay represntative we helpful and friendly and gave some great tips on how to enjoy the neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The area is such that you are placed right in the heart of many of the best things about Paris - easy access to the main sights - especially with Velibs - excellent, quirky shops and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Zulma was an excellent hostess and the paris studio apartment was as described. One final thing (that is important when you spend all day, and some of the night, busy sightseeing etc) was the quiet at night of the apartment itself.

Apartment : Colysee Studio

This apt. is delightful. Since this was also a business trip, it was essential that the wifi worked perfectly. It not only worked but there also was a work table (and in a studio apt. that can be hard to find). The neighbourhood had all the services we needed (boulangerie, food store, restaurants, metro). The paris apartment was exceptionally quiet (no street noise, no noise from the clubs). Lastly, the owner is a friendly and accommodating person. We were very comfortable there and can't wait to go back.

I've loved this paris vacation apartment. Its location is simply perfect. Very safe, near to my dearest place in Paris: palais du Luxembourg. It is well maintained and equipped. The only thing I would require is a maintenance in theshower because the water jet was scattered. neighborhood at night and cool and yet not noisy. I highly recommend this studio.

Regarding Paristay agency, I appreciate very much the organization and the process was simple and practical, without difficulty. My family and I liked this Paris apartment. Very comfortable, well located near the metro and the local market, besides the place to be quiet. The fact that the washing machine makes a big difference in my opinion. We intend to return again.

This was a lovely small paris studio apartment in a bustling area of downtown Paris, however on a quiet street. The central location was outstanding, and the owner and her assistant were extremely pleasant.
