Very stylish and quaint Parisian apartment. Perfect location for everything in Paris. One minute walk to the met and brief walk to The Louvre and other main attractions in Paris. The staff were really helpful, nice and always on time. Thanks for a great stay!

Located right in front of the Louvre. Close to Seine, Opera Garnier and easily reach to Metro and Franprix supermarket. Heater, TV, radio, washing machine and kitchen are installed, you can feel like becoming a Parisian.

The location is brilliant, 40 m to your wright is the metro station, in front of the building door is a bus station, 20 m to your left is the rental bicycles, you're facing the Louvre, which is adjacent to Rue de Rivoli " a street like Champs-Elysees, but with real purchasable stuff, in addition to your street is the most cafes and restaurants and shops you can find , Notre Dame is a 15 minutes lazy walk , the bus tour main stop is at the Louvre so 5 minutes walk , note use the hip in hip off tickets for 20€ , hint " you can use it all day till 6:30 pm for transportation even if you finish your tour.

Staff were very friendly and met us to show us our apartment. We were also given a complimentary bottle of champagne. Location was superb for the Louvre.

Great apartment in an excellent location! Everything was beautiful and extremely clean. It was exactly as described and fit 6 of us perfectly. The door was a little tricky to open but Andrè got back to us quickly. Great experience and would stay again.

The Palais Royal Suite was amazing. The instructions to get there were fantastic and the book of recommendations extremely useful. The place is brand new, very well decorated and the neighborhood overflowing with restaurants, alleyways, boutiques, and entertainment. Despite being in a busy area of Paris, the room was totally quiet. The location has 3 Metro station within walking distance which makes it easy to visit Paris.

The location was excellent for visiting central Paris. Despite it being in the centre of Paris the apartment was wonderfully quiet, and the bed very comfortable, so a relaxing sleep after a busy day can be assured. Local shops (which keep late hours) make the buying of provisions easy. There are also excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro. The apartment is perfect for two, but for three requires a little discipline.

We stayed here for between Christmas and New Year. Everything was just as in the photos. The street is perfect - it's a narrow lane very close to the Louvre and it has a very nice coffee shop (reminds me of Ottolenghi) and to my husband's huge dismay, is opposite Christian Louboutin. You are near the hustle and bustle yet the street seems very untouristy - no tacky shops or people selling Eiffel towers. Frederic met us when we arrived at the apartment and was very helpful. He gave us two sets of keys which was useful for things like our morning runs when we got back at different times. Thank you for a great stay. By Jacintha L. from England

El apartamento es genial, exactamente como se describe y se muestra en las fotos , demasiado limpio, ordenado, silencioso y tranquilo para dormir, con los implementos basicos y sobretodo muy bien ubicado. Hay varias estaciones de metro cerca por lo que facilita el dezplazamiento entre un lugar y otro de la ciudad, definitivamente super recomendado para quienes quieran estar una temporada en paris, perfecto para 4 personas, lo disfrutamos muchisimo. Muy comodo y agradable. La atencion de andré y federick fue muy oportuna y cordial, muy colaboradores al momento de consultarles algo. Super recomendado!! Carolina.

This suited us perfectly for our week's holiday and loved the extra touches - fresh flowers, coffee pods, lots of toilet paper, linen etc. The only thing we would recommend is a little homemade handbook (in English and French) about the apartment.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Louvre Parisian, the first time being in 2011. We booked the apartment again because it is well equipped, comfortable, welcoming and perfectly located for visitors to Paris. Paristay, as ever, handled everything perfectly. Wonderful location and comfortable apartment. Nice welcome from representative.
Helpful booklet upon our arrival. Bedroom and bath area was perfect for us. Lots
of closet space in upper and lower floors. Complimentary bottle of wine was delicious

Opera Ste Anne was perfect for our 5 nights stay in July. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the main sights, close to the metro and plenty of restaurants to chose from. Frederik was a delight to deal with and we would have no hesitation in using Paristay next time we are in Paris. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We stayed at the apartment in June. The location is fantastic. The apartment is nice, exactly as described on Paristay. The windows face an internal yard, and the apartment is very quite for such a location. The two bedrooms do not have closet space or armoires, but there's one in the living room. The dining table is tiny even for two people, but we ate out most of the time. No AC, so we wouldn't stay there in July or August. For us, the location was very important, so we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to the Notre Dame square every evening. We were very happy with Frederik. He was nice and very professional. The whole experience with Paristay was pleasant.

It was a typical small Paris apartment up six floors without an elevator! We knew all of this up front based upon the description and pictures in Paristay... so no surprises. Christiana is a delightful landlady, and very helpful. It is definitely a place best suited for only two people only.

This apartment is large, clean, best location in Paris. There is everything you need around: supermarket, restaurants, bakery, tourist attractions, you can do many things just walking. It´s wonderful for family. The check-in and check-out was perfect. I strongly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for the month of August and loved it. Location is one block from Place St Michel, metro is across the street, bus is in front of apartment. Fifth floor with long balcony over Blvd St Michel to watch the world go by, but bedroom is tucked in the back of apartment where it is quiet and has a beautiful view of the sunset and the rooftops of Paris. The spacious living room (with intriguing wall art) faces Blvd St Michel and is flooded with light in the mornings...a very pleasant spot for morning coffee at the large dining room table that seats 4 at one end of the living room. Bathroom is small and functional...again with a view of the Paris rooftops! The kitchen is the narrowest we have been in, but long, and in that space you have everything you need to prepare meals; it is very well equipped. There is an elevator, and two wonderful bakeries on the ground floor of the building (with the aroma of pain chocolat drifting up to wake you each morning), with many cafes and shops in the immediate area. The Seine and Notre Dame are one block away. The many windows provide a very nice breeze on all but the hottest days; we bought a fan and left it in the apartment. A lovely, comfortable home away from home for a month. We will definitely return.

Madame Fleury was very sweet and very prompt with any problems that I had with the apartment (which were mostly due to my lack of knowledge of French internet!). we had an excellent stay - capped off with great welcoming and accomodating host. Everything was clean and functional. We felt safe and at home in our unit. It was so nice to have the market so close, & the ability to wash clothes and cook when needed/desired.

This is an excellent apartment right in the middle of all the action. Booking was very easy and welcome could not have been better. Balcony was a super bonus.

Great location, sunny and spacious main living area. Quite noisy during the day with windows open but OK at night. The bedroom is away from the street and very quiet. Nice cross breeze. Kitchen is tight but very functional. Apart from the extra charge for check in and check out on weekends, the service from Pairstay was prompt, courteous and friendly. We highly recommend the agency and the apartment.

We loved the apartment and the location. There were a little too many nick nacks and personal possessions in the apartment so we were very worried that we would knock one off the wall and break one. Other than that, wonderful greeting by her sister and and wonderful stay in Paris.

This was a wonderful experience. Slightly off from the regular tourist areas but this is exactly what we wanted. Two metro stations close by so easy to move around the city. Market close by. Nice choice of non-touristy restaurants close by. Our hostess was welcoming and helpful. Checking out was quick and easy with no surprises. Nice TV with several English channels. We would love to return here as we felt right at home.
