A great paris vacation apartment for two! well laid out, clean and fully functional. It is small but that is Paris for you. It has huge windows that allow heaps of light in so you never really feel cramped. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is very modern. The apartment is nearby a synagogue so there is sometimes singing in the morning, it can be quite enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that the shower was in one bedroom which made it tricky if someone wanted to sleep in. Otherwise the apartment was great and we really enjoyed the Marais area.

I really enjoyed my stay in the paris apartment rental! The large windows in the living room were my favorite part. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the RER at Les Halles, a delicious boulangerie, restaurants, the Seine, and the Louvre.

A beautiful Paris apartment in the 11th. Close to 2 metro lines and many great cafes, bistros and restaurants. We stayed for 11 months and had a fantastic time. The owner was always available for any help we needed.

I took a risk and booked the paris vacation apartment on-line. We were blown away by the excellent communication, welcome, location, and atmosphere! This apartment is in the middle of everything, and the unit has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only person I wouldn't recommend it for is someone who can't walk (97 steps up is a workout) and someone with small children. Besides that, it is a dream location and was the best vacation we ever had. Paristay & Laurent... we applaud you!

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the apartment was well appointed everything we needed - great location; and the owner very welcoming and friendly. Located on the 5th floor with no lift and uneven stairs, is a potential safety hazard, that is the only negative. The neighbourhood was vibrant, alive, safe and fun to be involved.

This is a compact yet very comfortable 2 bedrooms paris apartment in an amazing location. We are a couple with two kids and it was just right for us. The best aspect of our stay was the landlady who went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and felt welcome. If there is anything that you need, all you have to do is ask and she will try to help. Her English is excellent and if you are lucky she may even join you for a drink. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Madame Aiouni was such an excellent host. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for four. An excellent value and just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We were extremely fortunate in finding this apartment which made all the difference to our 5 weeks stay in Paris. The location was excellent with almost everything a few minutes walk away. The best boulangerie and icecream shop were down the street. Amazing fresh fruit and juice round the corner. A very convenient supermarket just across the apartment building open till 10pm was a boon for those last minute purchases. The people and neighbourhood were very friendly. Our daily walks around the Seine, innumerable visits to Notre dame which was literally in our 'backyard', the views at night, the lively pedestrian bridge connecting the island to Notre dame - all made for a delightful stay. Multiple underground stops and the RER B were a few minutes walk . Check in, checkout and pre-check in formalities were handled efficiently. Paristay was always prompt in responding. The few things which needed to be done in the apartment were taken care of.. The apartment itself was in good condition, quiet when inside, yet one step away from the centre of activity as you stepped outside. The heating worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi, once the password was sorted out, worked excellently well. I must congratulate the representative from Paristay who staye don patiently till we were satisfied and all our queries answered. This apartment is beautifully kept, with a well outfitted kitchen, a lovely modern bathroom, and very tasteful decor. The property manager was warm and welcoming. Being on the first floor means it is not as sunny as some (especially during a wet spring, as when we were there), but there are plenty of lamps to cheer it up. The neighborhood is quiet despite being near Pigalle, and Chez Toinette (just downstairs and to the right) has fantastic food and speaks good English if you need it. Good for a date night. My only quibbles: the mattress in the master bedroom is really firm. The upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy at night. (No fault of the apartment, but something to be aware of.)

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Paris with my husband and son. The living area is very spacious and nicely decorated. It stayed cool in the apartment despite scorching temperatures outside. I liked the guidebooks on the bookshelves. Excellent location, next to patisserie, fromagerie, and grocery store.

A lovely paris apartment rentals in a fun and active neighborhood in Paris' 6e. Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance, including the excellent Italian Il Suppli across the street for a change of pace from French food. Shopping close. A bit loud with windows for those sensitive to street noise. The area is active! Rental bikes right out front of the building. Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in excellent neighborhood. Many terrific restaurants nearby and close Metro stops. It's not necessary to ever leave the area to dine! Also, grocery store is very convenient. Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. I would return to this paris apartment for rent again!

This apartment was exactly what we were hoping. It has great kitchen appliances for cooking breakfast in the apartment, is very spacious and is in an excellent location, making it easy to walk almost anywhere in central Paris. The apartment is beautifully kept, very clean and homely. Frederic made the check in and out process very easy, he was friendly and punctual at all times.

The paris vacation apartment was roomy and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was a hot week and the basement stayed nice and cool. Would definitely stay here again. Pierre was very friendly and helpful.

The paris apartment rentals was very clean, comfortable and in a very good location. It was at ground level facing onto the road, so was a little noisy at night, especially for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. During our stay the washing machine was broken, which was a problem for us, but this was being replaced the following week, so will not affect other guests. The bedding was comfortable, and the landlord was very welcoming, polite and friendly. We would stay again.

Laurent was an amazing host. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, spoke English fluently, and did his best to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome in Paris let alone his paris apartment for rent. We definitely recommend his apartment to anyone.

Location of this apartment was amazing - short walk to most major attractions and very numerous bus stops. Building is not in the best shape but the apartment was darling, with everything we needed. Would come here again. There is noise from the several cafe's on the street, but that was part of Paris! Owner was very easy to communicate with and very friendly - fabulous two weeks.
